			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>When you are thinking about how to lose love handles, one of the things you must take note of is the fact that you must strengthen your stomach muscles.  When you exercise  on your stomach muscles you will tone them and ensure that the love handles are lost for life.</p>
<p>Here are some simple exercises to strengthen your stomach muscles:</p>
<p>Exercise 1.</p>
<ul>
<li>Stand up straight (as straight as you can).</li>
<li>Now suck in your stomach</li>
<li>Hold this as long as you can.  (Remember to breathe.  Do not hold your breath)</li>
<li>This simple exercise is a very effective way to work your stomach muscles.</li>
<li>Repeat as often as you can.</li>
<li>Start by doing 4-5 a day and then gradually increase.</li>
</ul>
<p>Exercise 2.</p>
<ul>
<li>Lie on the floor, with you back flat on the ground.</li>
<li>Put your legs up in the air at a 90 degree angle with your back</li>
<li>You will be forming an &#8220;L&#8221; shape with your back on the floor and your legs in the air</li>
<li>Raise your hip off the floor about an inch or two</li>
<li>Hold as long as you can</li>
<li>Lower you hips and come back to the L position</li>
<li>Repeat this as often as you can.</li>
<li>Start by doing 3 to 5 a day and then gradually increase.</li>
</ul>
<p>There are a few more exercises which are very helpful in working the stomach muscles.  I will share those in a later post.  Do use these exercises in learning how to lose love handles.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There are so many myths and misinformation about How to lose love handles.  If you are not careful and don&#8217;t do your research, you are bound to follow bad advice.</p>
<p>So let&#8217;s dispel some myths here.</p>
<p><strong>Myth #1:</strong>  <strong><em>All I need to do is ab crunches and the love handles will melt away.</em></strong></p>
<p>This is so far from the truth it is not even funny.  It has been proven that you cannot spot reduce.  What does this mean?  It means that only doing ab crunches will not help.  This will help strengthen your stomach muscles, but it will not get rid of the fat.  You need a strategy for your whole body &#8211; we lose fat all over not just in one spot.</p>
<p><strong>Myth #2: <em> It&#8217;s in my genes, I can&#8217;t help it.</em></strong></p>
<p>This is so not true.  Except for a few people who do have medical conditions that hinders them, most of us have love handles because we didn&#8217;t take care of ourselves.  Our body is a wonderful thing.  If we give it a little bit of love, respect and care, it self corrects.  So, no it&#8217;s not in your genes.  You can help it.</p>
<p><strong>Myth #3: <em> I can just take a diet pill/medical procedure and voila my love handles will be gone.</em></strong></p>
<p>Diet pills do not work &#8211; period.  Irrepective of anything you might read, they do not work.  There is no magic formula.  As for medical procedures like liopsuction &#8211; they might work as a temporary solution.  But then if you don&#8217;t change your habits, those love handles come right back again.  And then you can never know what the side effects of any of these medical procedures are.  Stay away from them.</p>
<p>Learn how to lose love handles naturally.  That is your best bet and the way it was meant to be.</p>

<p>You see as I get older my love handles have gotten more noticeable.</p>
<p>There used be a time when I could eat anything, do anything and still be trim and fit.  Not anymore.</p>
<p>After the doctor&#8217;s visit I was agitated &#8211; I&#8217;ve been a very healthy person and want to keep it that way. I have no desire to create health problems for myself.</p>
<p>So I went on an information expedition. I read everything related to love handles that I could find my hands on. I was amazed at all the conflicting information out there. The more read, the more I talked to other people, I realized that there were facts and there were myths.</p>
<p>My goal with this website is to inform you. I want to dispel myths and propel facts. The more facts you know, the easier it will be for you to lose love handles.</p>
